Use the latest software
Commissioning IQ8 Microinverters requires the Enphase Installer App version 4.8.0 or higher and IQ Gateway software version 8.3.5225 or higher.

Mandatory gateway update
The Enphase Installer App version will be 4.8.0 or higher and IQ Gateway software version 8.3.5225 or higher. Watch the training video for more details.

Power limitations
Limit peak power output to 150% of the IQ Battery's rated power. Exceeding this requires PV  shedding to reduce surplus solar power during off-grid operation.
