Purchase a tag that operates at 13.56 MHz. It needs to be ISO 14443 A/B or ISO 15693. You can even use an existing tag that follows the mentioned protocol and operates at the 13.56 MHz frequency.Register this tag with your IQ EV Charger 2 on the Enphase App. To do this, go to menu -> settings -> IQ EV Charger  -> Authentication. What is Dynamic Load Balancing?

Dynamic load balancing - The IQ EV Charger 2 can adjust its charging power based on home consumption, preventing overload on the contracted per phase power/ fuse rating, protecting the home, and avoiding the need for expensive upgrades.The system monitors the overall electricity usage and compares it with the configured contracted power of the home.  If household appliances (e.g., air conditioning, ovens, or heat pumps) are consuming a lot of power, the IQ EV charger 2 automatically reduces its charging rate to prevent overloading the contracted per phase power/fuse rating.  When other appliances use less power, the charger can increase its output, ensuring the EV gets the fastest charge possible while staying within safe power limits.  Whenever the power difference is more than 200W per phase, the IQ EV Charger 2 will respond in under 30 seconds.
