How to cancel an order

Cancellation of orders is possible until the order is shipped from the warehouse.

To cancel an order, you can either log in to your account and raise a cancellation request or write to the store's mailbox.

Once the orders have been shipped, they can only be returned and not cancelled.

How to return an order

If you have received a defective product and the product is covered under an Enphase Limited Warranty available at https://enphase.com/en-gb/warranty/uk, you can call our helpline 0044-3308088522 to request an Enphase-approved Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before returning the product.

If you still decide to return the product, you must follow these steps:

Note: A prepaid FedEx return label is included inside the packaging of the product you bought from our online store.

1. Log in to your Enphase Store account and go to My Account.
2. Click on the Return button and select the order number for the product you want to return.
3. On the next page, you'll need to select the specific product you're returning, choose your desired option from the dropdown menu, and submit your return request.
4. After you submit your request, we'll review it. The Enphase team will examine and approve your return request.
5. Once approved, place the product in the original Enphase box it came in.
6. Use the provided return label and either contact FedEx for a pickup or drop off the package at your nearest FedEx depot.
7. Once you've sent the product back, you need to confirm the shipment by clicking on Confirm shipment in your account.
8. Finally, when we receive the product at our warehouse, we'll process and ship your replacement product or issue a refund for your purchase within 7-10 business days.

14-day right of withdrawal

You can exercise your 14-day right of withdrawal to return the products.

• You can cancel this contract within 14 days without needing to give a reason.
• This 14-day period starts the day you (or someone you've chosen, not the delivery carrier) physically receive the goods.
• To cancel, you must clearly tell us your decision. You can do this by doing either of the following:
  • Email us at enphasestore@enphase.com.
  • Log in to the My Account section and choose the option 14-day right of withdrawal under return reason.
  • Send us a letter by post or fax to:

Return process for guest users:

1. Click on this link: https://store.enphase.com/storefront/en-gb/returns/guest/login/.
2. Enter the order ID and the email ID.
3. Select the reason for returning the product.
4. If you are returning the product under the right of withdrawal, please select the return reason as: 14-day right of withdrawal.
