AT&T has begun shutting down their 3G service in the US as of February 2022. To ensure you can continue to monitor and control your Enphase solar energy system seamlessly, you may need to upgrade to a 4G cellular modem or connect your system to a Wi-Fi network.

Good news. Your current cell modem is a 4G modem, so your system is not impacted by the AT&T 3G service shutdown. However it's still a good idea to connect your system to your home Wi-Fi as a backup.

Your current cell modem is a 3G modem and you may have connectivity issues after AT&T’s 3G shutdown. You need to contact your solar system installer to replace your 3G modem. In the meantime you can connect your Enphase system to Wi-Fi.
