- Panel warranty support: If your panels need replacement, Enphase files the warranty claim with your panel manufacturer and manages follow-ups. If the manufacturer approves and supplies the replacement panels, we install them with $0 on-site labor. If the claim is denied or reimbursed in cash, you can purchase new panels separately and we will install them with $0 on-site labor.

- Damage to non-Enphase wiring or third-party electrical components
- Replacement of solar panels unless the panel manufacturer approves the warranty claim

- Under-production or utility costs incurred during manufacturer reviews or claim processing
