ENPHASE REFERRAL PROGRAM TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Referring Parties and Referrals must be at least 18 years of age.
Participation constitutes agreement to these Referral Program Terms and Conditions.
If a Referring Party or a Referral does not agree to these Terms and Conditions, they are not authorized to participate and are not eligible to receive the benefits offered under this Program.

Referral links (“Links”) may only be shared by individuals who received them directly from Enphase through their Enphase App account.
Such individuals are “Referring Parties”. Referring Parties may share their Link with unlimited individuals (“Referrals”).
The Link connects Referrals to a dedicated website (“Program Site”) where they may:
- Be connected with an Installer for purchase, installation, and activation of Enphase Solar or Storage products, or
- Access instant savings on select non-Solar/non-Storage Enphase products (“Eligible Products”) via the Enphase e-Store on or before December 31, 2025.
The Referring Party will receive a $100 Gift Card, up to a maximum of $3,000 in total benefits, each time an eligible Referral completes the activation of a Solar/Storage System or the purchase of a Discounted Eligible Product, as described in Section 2 (each a “Referral Activity”). Additionally, the Referral will be eligible to receive a $100 Gift Card if they complete the activation of a Solar/Storage System as described in Section 2 below.

For Solar/Storage Activations:

Both the Referring Party and the Referral will be eligible to receive a $100 Gift Card if all of the following occur:

A Referral accesses the Program Site using the Link;
The Referral submits a completed questionnaire on or before December 31, 2025;
Enphase and its Installers confirm that the Referral’s email is not already in either of their customer databases; and
The Referral purchases, installs, and completes activation of Enphase Solar and/or Storage products within two (2) years of Enphase’s receipt of the Referral’s completed questionnaire.

For Eligible Products Purchases:

The Referring Party also will be eligible to receive a $100 gift Card if all of the following occur:

A Referral uses the Referring Party’s Link to access instant discounts on Eligible Products via the Enphase e-Store;
The Referral purchases an Eligible Product using the discount on or before December 31, 2025; and
The Referral does not cancel or return the Eligible Product.

If a Program participant is eligible to receive a Gift Card, Enphase will send Gift Card claim instructions to the Program participant’s email on file with Enphase.
Gift Cards must be claimed within 90 days of receiving claim instructions.
If $100 Gift Cards are unavailable, Enphase may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
Gift Card value reflects estimated value of the referral compared to traditional marketing costs.
Maximum benefit to a Referring Party under this Program is $3,000.

To withdraw from the Referral Program or decline a Gift Card, the Program participant must contact Enphase Customer Support at https://enphase.com.

The Enphase Privacy Policy applies to all personal information collected or received through this Referral Program: https://enphase.com/legal/privacy-policy.

Enphase may prohibit any Referring Party or Referral from participating if Enphase determines they have:
- Violated these Terms and Conditions,
- Damaged, tampered with, or corrupted the operation of the Referral Program or Program Site, or
- Engaged in activity inconsistent with the intended operation of the Referral Program.
Enphase will be the sole determiner in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms and Conditions.

Enphase’s decisions regarding eligibility, participation, and Gift Card issuance are final and at Enphase’s sole discretion.
Enphase is not responsible for:
- Garbled, incorrect, incomplete, or delayed submissions,
- Typographical errors or upload/download issues,
- Technical malfunctions of networks, the internet, websites, or devices.
Terms and conditions apply to each Gift Card.
Instant discounts on Eligible Products are limited in availability and not guaranteed.
Enphase reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Referral Program without notice.
This program is void where prohibited.
