Fix Gateway Not Reporting error
If your Enphase App shows a Gateway Not Reporting error, it means your IQ Gateway has lost connection to the internet and is no longer sending system data to the cloud. This affects your ability to monitor system performance, receive important updates, and also prevents Enphase Support from accessing your system for remote troubleshooting.
This issue is often caused by:
- A change in your home network (like a new router or Wi-Fi password)
- The gateway losing power or being unplugged
- A weak or disrupted Wi-Fi or Ethernet connection
To fix the Gateway Not Reporting error, you can tap the Error alert in the home screen of your Enphase App and get started.
Fix Microinverters Not Reporting error
A Microinverter Not Reporting error means that one or more microinverters in your system have stopped sending data to the IQ Gateway. While this doesn’t always indicate a production issue, it’s important to address it early to avoid loss of monitoring accuracy or undetected performance drops. Causes can range from temporary powerline communication glitches to hardware or wiring issues.
Start by checking your system in the Enphase App (ARRAY tab)—tap on the affected panel to see when it last reported. Often, the issue is resolved on its own, but if it persists for over 24 hours, you may need to troubleshoot further. Understand microinverter and production issues better by regularly checking your Enphase App.
CT errors
When you see abnormal production or consumption data displayed in the Enphase App, it is most likely because of an error in your Current Transformer (CT) or meter installation. The cause is likely due to incorrect wiring, and it needs a certified solar professional to diagnose and fix. Reach out to your installer for assistance.
